I’m a Marketing Coach, Facebook Ads Manager, Rollerskater and Mum.

To me it feels like life is already busy, or to bring it back to something we all know... like an overflowing laundry cupboard. The new goals I hope to achieve, or that course that I really want to create, or sometimes just time for me feels like trying to fit in more sheets.

Instead of taking everything out and folding them neatly in order to fit more in, I used to simply try and cram more in on top because I didn't have time and I thought, you know what, I'll come back to it later.

However what happened?

I never came back.

Then next time we open the linen cupboard everything falls out onto the floor.

It’s part of the modern woman’s psyche that we can do it all. We can work, look after families, care for others, be successful, if we run our own businesses we can show up with brilliant new content ideas every day.

We know that we need to ‘fill our own cup’ but we don’t have time. We know we need to ‘be proud of our achievements’ but we’re always looking for the next idea that will propel us into the big time. And we’ve heard others tell us that we're perfect just the way we are. But we don’t believe it.

Sure, you can learn these skills from some big entrepreneur who just teaches you to hustle harder.

Or you could take it from me, someone who doesn't do meetings before 10am so I can surf or skate after dropping the kids at school.
