Rockstar Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a rockstar virtual assistant to join my team!

If you love being organised and ensuring that everything is in flow & ticked off at the right time I would love to hear from you. I run a Marketing Coaching business which helps women to get their online courses & programs out into the world. This is done with being clear on their profitable offers and setting up an online eco-system to sell them. 

Being an online position, I am focused on what types of programs you’re experienced with. This role really is about making sure everything is working out. If you enjoy creating workflows and charts – even better!

Day to day assistance with:

• Active Campaign Email Automations
• Facebook group management, setting up events
• Creating social media posts in Canva
• Scheduling posts in Later
• Adhering to the logo & branding style
• Calendar & email assistance as required

Program Experience:

• Active Campaign
• Click Up
• Canva
• WordPress
• Lead Pages
• Airtable (desired)

Looking for 5 hours per week to begin with & happy to increase and grow from there. I am happy to work within your other responsibilities however I would love you to be available at times between Tue – Fri between 9am – 3pm.
