Clearing the Path to Money

When was the last time you went through your own booking process?

Or bought a product through your own store?

A few weeks ago, I found out that my contact page form had been broken for a few months so without realising it, I’d been stopping people from enquiring about working with me.

Recently, I helped someone with their Facebook ads to purchase an online course only to find that when there was a higher volume of traffic coming through the website, the checkout was timing out before sales were made.

Or the time a client was offering online consults but selling through an online store so people were having to add to cart, initiate checkout, add their address… only to lose interest and not go through with making the booking.

So if you’re feeling like… where are my sales at? Or you’re gearing up to a busy period of the year (hello eCommerce online stores!) it might be time to do a test run to see how long it takes and how many hoops you have to jump through in order to do business with you.

It’s what I call clearing the path to money, or you could call it online decluttering.
